25th Anniversary of Return of The Saint
On Friday, December 21, 1979, at 11:40pm central time, the Return of the Saint made it's US debut on the CBS Late Movie. It was the 2nd part of the "late movie," the first part being The Avengers. As CBS allowed 70mins for each show, both were broadcast uncut (that would never happen today.)Labels: 2004
